Email Marketing Executive (part – time)

Elecosoft is a leading supplier of project management software applications, design software applications and associated services primarily for the construction industry.

We are seeking for a talented email marketing executive to take the lead with our email marketing strategies from creation to deliverance of our email campaigns. Your main responsibilities include developing email marketing campaigns, managing email database and creating newsletters.

The role is part of a digital marketing team where you will be responsible for email marketing and lead generation across email campaigns.

The ideal candidate must have familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and Click Dimensions with a further preference to having some overall general construction knowledge.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Manager:

  • Ensuring all communications are in line with the brand guidelines and marketing strategies
  • Writing and creating regular email campaigns and automated messages in MS Dynamics / Click Dimensions. Manage the scheduling of these emails
  • Work with Marketing Executive to set up automated email campaigns and mapping the customer journey
  • Drive demand via e-mail marketing and creating templates, campaigns, forms and automated emails to capture leads and provide reports on results obtained
  • Work with Click Dimensions to drive lead generation attribution and achieve conversions via the CRM
  • Write newsletters including all company updates
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Manipulate data to target specific segments / groups
  • Liaising with publishers regarding booking and implementing solus e-blasts
  • Creating emails in Dreamweaver for third-party e-blasts
  • Importing new data into the CRM with associated source codes etc.
  • Identifying data sources for purchase
  • Managing purchased data and keep our email distribution list up-to-date. (removing when expired etc.)
  • Creating marketing lists / email database within Click Dimensions for lead generation
  • Working with the digital marketing team to brief in copy and any design requirements.
Essential skills/ prerequisites:
  • Experience in driving lead generation and conversion via email campaigns
  • Working knowledge and practical experience with Click Dimensions
  • Excellence Microsoft Office skills, including a strong knowledge of Excel
  • Experience using and editing HTML
  • Competence in marketing automation technology
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
  • Degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing field
Working hours and location:

This is a part-time role, where you will be required to work 2,5 days per week.

Total 18.75 hours per week.
