Eleco plc (AIM: ELCO) is a successful specialist international provider of world-class software and related services, supporting the built environment through its operations in the UK, Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Australia and the USA.

The Company’s software solutions are used throughout the building lifecycle from early planning and design stages through to construction, interior fit out, asset management and facilities management to support project management, project scheduling, cost estimation, visualisation, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and property management.

This is a great opportunity to join a successful public listed company as we seek to appoint a Product Manager who will drive the success of our CMMS & CAFM product offerings to support our strategic goals.

Role purpose:

As a Product Manager at Elecosoft you are at the centre of our customer-centric values. Understanding what is important to the way our customers work and how we can help them to be more successful is the heart of your mission. You will be expected to challenge for what you believe and will be passionately supported by the Exec team to excel in the role.

Key responsibilities:
  • Growth: The potential is enormous and you will challenge for exponential growth in existing markets and to position product offerings with potential future markets
  • Customers: Customers are at the heart of this role so you’ll be close to the people and organisations to deepen our understanding of how they work and what they consider to be of value. Their success is our success
  • Strategy: : Define and drive the strategic vision for Elecosoft’s CMMS & CAFM product offerings
  • Development: Inspire cross-functional teams with your vision and formulate complex workflows into detailed steps to guide developers, designers, and QA, to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet customer quality and value expectations
  • Market: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for product differentiation, enhancement and new product offerings
  • Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term product goals, features, and enhancements
  • Go-to-Market: Work closely with the regional teams to execute your vision in the market including pricing, positioning, lead gen, sales plays, time-to-value, success playbooks and service propositions
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Experience:
  • CMMS & CAFM – Strong background in working in or supporting the equipment maintenance processes and some understanding of facility management
  • Experience in expanding upon and creating successful, high-quality products and propositions
  • Passionate in structured problem solving
  • Influential and team oriented
  • Skilled in developing and communicating both strategic vision and detailed plans
  • Degree level or equivalent

Working hours and location:
  • The normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work additional hours to fully perform your job in accordance with the needs of the business
  • The role may involve travel to company offices, client’s offices, and other locations as necessary in line with the needs of the business
