Trainer / Consultant – Ede – *position filled*
Working within the training team the Trainer/ Consultant role is responsible for delivering a range of established training courses for Asta Powerproject and associated products to our customers, as well as designing and planning content to meet specific customer requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- To deliver training courses at the Company’s and client premises.
- To gain and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s software products.
- To aid with the design and production of training materials for the company’s products and related courses.
- To liaise with other members of the company to effectively carry out the requirements of the position.
- To keep an up to date record of client feedback.
- In addition to the duties which this job normally entails, the Employee may from time to time be required to undertake additional duties commensurate with his/her grade as may be reasonably necessary to meet the needs of the Employer’s business.
Qualifications:
A degree is desirable.
Essential skills/ prerequisites:
- Excellent IT proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Previous training experience or other customer facing roles.
- Strong communication skills with good written and verbal communication.
- Confident manner and professional approach.
Desirable skills:
- Good knowledge of Asta Powerproject.

Working hours and location:
The normal working hours are 40 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work additional hours to fully perform your job in accordance with the needs of the business.
The main working location is Elecosoft’s Ede office, but the role may involve travel to other Elecosoft offices, client’s offices, and other locations as necessary in line with the needs of the business.
