Strength in numbers!

Shire Systems Ltd, Integrated Computing and Office Networking Ltd (IconSystem) and Elecosoft UK Ltd businesses have become one.

Eleco’s strategic intent is to meet the needs of its customers by focusing on enhancing its portfolio. The merger of these three UK companies allows Elecosoft to provide improved services and products from a combined portfolio and team.

The companies merged on 31st December 2021 and will now operate as Elecosoft UK Ltd.

Richard Choi Regional Managing Director, UK, Elecosoft UK Ltd welcomes this merger and says,
“Combining these three businesses into one company will allow our skilled teams to collaborate to an even greater extent and enable us to further develop our software and strengthen our service capabilities to the benefit of all of our customers.”

What does this mean for you?
Our teams remain the same and all day-to-day contacts are unchanged. Therefore, you can continue to expect the same high-quality service from Elecosoft with no disruptions. Apart from a change in invoicing and bank account details, all customers will continue to work with the same Elecosoft colleagues, the same products and in the same way.

Companies using ShireSystem or IconSystem software will have been notified that they are now a customer of Elecosoft UK Ltd.

Suppliers to Elecosoft, should ensure all future invoices are made out to Elecosoft UK Ltd.
