Eleco plc (and its website partners, Plug and Play) makes every effort to maintain the accuracy of information on the website and keep it up to date. However, there may be unintentional errors within the site and its content.

When you activate any of these you will leave this website and Eleco has no control over and will accept no responsibility or liability in respect of the material on any website which is not under the control of Eleco.

2. Purchase of goods and services

Eleco Group companies provide software products and services to industries worldwide. We also sell training sessions and support contracts for our customers. We do not sell hardware or devices on which the software can be operated.

Prices and Payment

Prices for our products can be found on the individual pages of each software product in the “Licencing Options” section.

Payment must be made for the product before it can be downloaded (with the exception of limited free trial versions). We accept payment with the following credit or debit cards: Visa credit and debit cards, MasterCard credit and debit cards, American Express credit and Charge Cards, Switch/Maestro debit cards, Visa Electron cards. We also accept payment through PayPal (please note if you wish to purchase software through PayPal but you do not already have an account, you will be required to set up an account before completing your purchase).

Purchases authorised through this website will be handled by our Merchant of Record, Digital River and routed to Eleco plc regional offices in the UK, Sweden, Germany, the Nethelands or USA as appropriate.

The information you provide in the process of completing your order will be used solely for the purpose of accepting payment and sending any links and receipts to you via email. Your email address and the date of your purchase will be held for our records should you wish to contact us about your purchase, but this will not be used or shared for any other purpose. If you do not want us to store this information please let us know by emailing info@eleco.com stating your objection.

Loss or damages

Eleco shall not be liable for any loss or damage which may arise whether directly or indirectly from the use of any of the information on this website. The information on this website is not intended to provide any advice or instructions with regard to investing in Eleco. Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase from eleco.com, in accordance with EU law, you are entitled to a refund on the product for up to 14 days after purchase. In the case of webinars and training sessions, you must give notice of your cancellation before the event has taken place to be eligible for a refund. You can request a cancellation and/or refund by contacting our sales team at info@eleco.com with a valid reference number. Once your refund claim has been accepted, your software licence will be disabled, and your refund will be processed within 30 days.

Complaints

In accordance with The European Regulation on Online Dispute Resolution and Section 36 of the Consumers’ Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG), any complaints you may have about the purchase process on eleco.com will be handled through the Online Dispute Resolution System.
