At the end of part one, delegates will be able to create a simple project using Powerproject. You will learn to create a logic linked plan and identify the critical path and float, summarise projects, use code libraries and produce simple progress updates.

A basic level of Windows PC usage. Each delegate will work at a computer for the duration of the course.
