ShireSystem user course

Course description
This one-day course is a basic introduction to the ShireSystem software, concentrating on everyday functions. Delegates will be taught to search and select, control the job list, add additional breakdown and corrective jobs, sign off work and carry out basic reporting. This course does not contain any detailed discussions of maintenance concepts and is suitable for users who will have a fully loaded and configured system to use on their return

Audience
This course is recommended for people responsible for performing day to day operations using the software (engineers, helpdesk, administration). This course is  a prerequisite for attending the ShireSystem set-up two-day course.

Prerequisites
There are no course prerequisites beyond basic computer and internet literacy. Each delegate will work at a computer for the duration of the course.
