Enhanced spreadsheet and Gantt chart formatting
Formatting project schedules to individual preferences or business need is an integral part of visualising and communicating key project information in a consistent manner with stakeholders.
Based on customer feedback, v16 introduces several new enhancements to both spreadsheet and Gantt chart formatting, allowing more granular customisation and defaults.

Improved interoperability with Primavera P6
We know the importance of data integrity within the overall master programme. That is why we always look for ways to improve how Powerproject interacts with other scheduling software. Powerproject v16 introduces several enhancements that improve interoperability with P6, improve user experience and continues to provide customers with the user friendly, cost effective solution when working in a P6 distributed environment.
Improved project file backup support
Though you may not see this enhancement in your day to day use, we’ve spent a considerable amount of time under the bonnet of Powerproject. V16 introduces a new file backup routine; increasing the robustness of your project files.
New Powerproject Enterprise setup
Powerproject v16 introduces a new web-based Server Admin tool allowing Powerproject Enterprise servers to be managed without logging on to the server, which will be rolled out progressively in 2021. This will allow permitted end users to set up their UDFs, control pre-mount settings and even restart servers via a web page. Let us know if you would be interested in finding out more.
Cloud concurrent licensing
Powerproject v16 introduces compatibility with concurrent licensing in the cloud, which will be rolled out progressively in 2021. This will allow you to have your company pool of concurrent Powerproject licences hosted in the cloud. This will provide your users with a seamless, connected licensing experience without the need to install a local licence manager nor rely on LAN access and VPNs to obtain a shared licence. Let us know if you would be interested in finding out more.
