Role purpose:

As Senior Campaign Manager for Elecosoft UK Ltd, you will own and implement growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention within the Construction sector. This is a highly analytical and hands-on role, requiring a focus on performance metrics, testing, and scaling growth initiatives to meet and exceed business targets.

You will leverage a mix of paid, owned, and earned channels to create and optimise campaigns that fuel the sales pipeline. Working closely with the broader marketing, sales, and product teams, you will identify opportunities to enhance customer value, improve conversion rates, and drive sustainable growth for the Asta suite of products.

Key responsibilities:
  • Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies tailored to the Construction sector to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead and optimise paid media campaigns (PPC, social ads, display, retargeting) to improve CPA and increase conversions.
  • Marketing Automation: Implement and refine marketing automation strategies to nurture leads and boost customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Optimise landing pages, customer journeys, and campaigns through A/B testing and data analysis.
  • Organic Growth & SEO: Collaborate with the content and digital teams to enhance organic traffic and visibility within the maintenance and facility management sectors.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyse performance metrics (leads, conversions, ROI) to drive data-led decisions and strategy refinement.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Analyse and optimise the customer journey for Construction tech solutions to improve acquisition and retention across all touchpoints.
  • Campaign Experimentation: Design and implement a culture of experimentation to identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities.
  • Collaboration with Sales: Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to drive high-quality leads and revenue.
Knowledge, Skills/Abilities and Experience:

(Essential (E) and Desirable (D)):

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing roles, ideally in the asset maintenance, or B2B software sectors (E).
  • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms (E).
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (E).
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and website optimisation practices (E).
  • Experience in CRO, including A/B testing and funnel optimisation to improve conversions (E).
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in Google Analytics, or similar tools (E).
  • Experience developing customer acquisition and retention strategies for SaaS or software solutions (D).
  • Familiarity with ConTech solutions and workflows (D).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment (E)..
Qualifications
  • Educated to Degree level in Marketing, Business, or a related field (E).
  • Google Ads Certification or other performance marketing qualifications (D).

Working hours and location:
  •  37.5 hours per week with flexibility depending on business needs.
  • The role is hybrid, with time spent between the Haddenham office and remote work, plus occasional travel to other locations as required.
