Account Manager – Asset Management
Elecosoft provides software solutions for the built environment and asset management sectors, helping organisations manage projects, assets, and operations more efficiently.
We are looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to support the growth of our Asset Management software solutions across the CMMS and CAFM portfolio. In this role, you will manage and develop relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to expand account value through upsell, cross-sell, and services. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships and driving commercial growth within an established customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and build strong, long-term relationships
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and services opportunities
- Develop and execute account plans to support customer growth
- Maintain a qualified sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning solutions to customer needs
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, Product and Professional Services teams
- Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM (MS Dynamics)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B account management or customer-facing commercial roles
- Experience growing revenue within existing accounts
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Self-motivated and commercially focused
Desirable:
- Experience in SaaS or software environments (CMMS, CAFM, EAM or similar)
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics or Salesforce
- Experience working with customers in asset management, facilities, or operational environments
Location & Travel
This is a hybrid role with regular time spent in our Southampton office. Travel to customer sites and other locations across the UK will be required in line with business needs.
