Account Manager – Asset Management
As an Account Manager at Elecosoft, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing customers across the CMMS, and CAFM sectors. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through upselling, and cross-selling, while ensuring customers maximise the value of our SaaS-based asset management solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven, customer-focused professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoys building long-term client relationships. They will need to manage and grow their pipeline to meet the set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, pulling on resources around the business to close deals.
Account Management & Customer Success:
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring satisfaction, and account growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and aligning Elecosoft’s solutions to their business challenges.
- Work closely with customer success, customer support and professional services teams to resolve issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Revenue Growth & Sales Expansion:
- Identify and capitalise on upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts.
- Develop account plans and sales strategies to increase customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and regularly report on sales forecasts and progress.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Regularly engage with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, maintenance directors, operations directors, and IT leaders.
- Conduct business reviews and discovery calls to identify new client solutions.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen relationships and enhance Elecosoft’s presence in the market.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with the Marketing to align strategies and improve lead nurturing.
- Provide customer feedback to the Product and R&D teams to support continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of all account interactions using the company’s CRM (MS Dynamics).
Essential:
Sales & Account Management Experience:
- Essential – Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, and account growth
- Essential – Track record of SaaS sales success, and upsell/cross-sell strategies
- Desirable – Strong experience in B2B software sales, particularly in CMMS, CAFM, or related asset management software
Industry & Technical Knowledge:
- Desirable – Understanding of asset management, maintenance, or enterprise software
- Desirable – Experience working with customers in engineering, or manufacturing markets
Communication & Collaboration Skills:
- Essential – Excellent verbal and written communication, including presentation skills
- Essential – Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships at all levels
Data-Driven & Results-Oriented:
- Essential – Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and account plans
- Essential – Comfortable working with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
- Desirable – Further Education in a technical or business related subject

- The normal working hours are 37.5 hours per week. From time to time, you may be required to work additional hours to fully perform your job in accordance with the needs of the business.
- This is a hybrid working role with the main office location being Southampton. The role will require travel to other company offices, client’s offices, and other locations as necessary in line with the needs of the business.
