Elecosoft Asset & Maintenance Management Kick-Off

We kicked off the year at the Elecosoft Asset and Maintenance Management 2026 Kick-Off Event, bringing teams together for an energising and inspiring start to the year ahead.

Across a packed agenda of presentations and conversations, leaders from Sales, Marketing, R&D, Services and Customer Success shared their strategic priorities and plans for 2026. A key theme was how ShireSystem continues to support customers at every stage of their maintenance maturity journey, helping organisations move away from reactive, firefighting approaches towards more planned, preventative and data-driven maintenance strategies.

Discussions highlighted the growing importance of providing customers with the tools, insight and confidence to improve asset reliability, reduce downtime and make better-informed decisions. This included a strong focus on the continued development and growth of MobileProX, and how its capabilities enable frontline teams to capture accurate data in real time, streamline maintenance workflows and support a more proactive approach to asset management.

Alongside the presentations, a series of focused, interactive workshops created space for open discussion, fresh thinking and practical ideas. The emphasis was on strengthening collaboration, improving alignment across functions, and finding new ways to increase engagement between teams, all with a clear, shared objective of delivering even better outcomes for our customers.

Most importantly, the opportunity to come together in person helped to build stronger connections, spark new ideas and create a renewed sense of purpose and momentum across the business.

A great start to the year and a strong foundation for an exciting and successful 2026.
