Awarded ‘Sustainable Company of the Year’ in Sweden

Elecosoft Sweden awarded the “Sustainable company of the year” at this year’s Alvargala in Sweden (Skellefteå). The recent development of the Bidcon climate module for the estimation of carbon footprint is the main driver behind winning the award. The jury’s comments about the award:

“Elecosoft puts Skellefteå in the light by enabling long-term good environmental choices in the construction process. The company has intensified its efforts to develop a powerful tool for calculations of the buildings carbon footprint and this makes the world a little better!”

Andreas Forsfjäll, Product Manager for Bidcon said

“We are about to release version nr 2 of the climate module in Sweden, where we have continued to develop an improved database for calculating carbon footprint. Therefore, it feels great to be recognized for the investment we are making in Bidcon and climate module.”
