Stairworks delivers excellent customer service designing high end homes in Canada

Since 2014 Stairworks in Canada has been using Staircon as a core software says Scott Uhrig, General Manager at Stairworks.

“We chose Staircon over other software products because it’s a customisable tool. Today, we’re working with Staircon Professional using DXF for CAM. Staircon Professional gives us the ability to clearly show customers the products they will be getting, before manufacturing a single part. When it comes to production, DXF for CAM helps our design department with being more efficient in generating CAD programming for our CNC, programming specific to our part designs and processes.”

Not only the software that adds value to the company, Stairworks appreciate the levels of customer support provided to them:

“In addition to strong product functionality Elecosoft personnel provide excellent service, helpful advice, with accommodating training sessions. They are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and efficient in delivering training and support” says Scott.

Established in 1981, the family owned and operated company, Stairworks, has fostered a strong reputation as a stair and railing manufacturer serving a wide range of clientele, from high end custom home builders to renovations and private end users. Stairworks has on average over 300 customers each year, including small volume, specialised custom home-builders, to large production scale home builders, to home owners and contractors throughout South Western Ontario, Canada.
