Asta Powerproject Core Skills: Reporting & Updating the Project – Level 2

This one-day introductory course is designed for beginners who want to develop a solid understanding of project programming and control. Delegates will learn how to apply working time using calendars, create and link bar charts, and understand key planning concepts such as critical path and float. The course also covers manipulating programmes using constraints, summarising bar charts, and using code libraries to report project information. You will explore how to edit the programme display, set baselines to monitor progress, update project status, and produce printed outputs. By the end of the day, delegates will be able to confidently build, manage, and present a simple project programme.
