Housebuilders: Asta Powerproject – Level 1 & 2

This course provides delegates with a structured introduction to construction planning and project control for residential developments.

Day 1 – Creating a Project

Day 1 focuses on building a well-structure and fully linked Land and Site plan programme. Delegates will learn how to create programmes which incorporate pre-construction activities and site plans. The course covers the creation and reporting of detailed site plans, using coding systems to clearly identify build stages, house types, and other key project information.

Day 2 – Reporting, Monitoring & Controlling a project

Day 2 addresses the management and communication of project performance. Delegates will learn how to use timelines, tables, and other reporting tools to present programme information clearly and tailor reports to the needs of different stakeholders. The course also covers the management of project baselines and the updating of progress to monitor performance against the agreed plan.
