How do I install IconSystem?

IconSystem is a software-as-a-service solution, deployed to customers and end-users via the cloud, therefore there is no installation required. We set up each customers system individually by providing a unique domain name and also complete custom branding on our enterprise solutions.

The only install you will need is for our Autodesk plugins and we can talk you through this if they are required for your system.

How many users can I have?

IconSystem is provided as a SaaS solution and if you look to take out our enterprise solutions we provide an unlimited user licence policy meaning you can share information and control access to anyone that needs access.

How secure is my data?

At Elecosoft we take information security seriously and ensure we use best in class solutions we follow all necessary security standards and protocols.

IconSystem is hosted in a Next Generation Datacentre (NGD) Tier 3+ providing high resiliency, availability and security.
