What does Specs & Standards do?

Specs & Standards is a dynamic database that helps companies create a central source of truth for any construction project. Create design standards centric to your building specification and control designs for a single building or multiple standards.
Specs & Standards is your design common data environment and through datasheets, you can create a complete database from wall types to sink taps, what’s more, create BIM Libraries with our 3D model viewer and plugins for Revit and AutoCAD.
With an unlimited user license policy share information with every team from architects and consultants to the contractors and FM teams.

What does Project & Properties do?

Our unique project document collaboration system provides companies with a single source of truth for any type of project. With the ability to run multiple projects across estates or a large single project linked to a specific property, our Projects & Properties module will provide you with a complete building history from as-built to lifecycle management.
