This one-day course is recommended for people who are managing ShireSystem within their business as an Administrator, Supervisor, Settings Administrator, Helpdesk Operator, or Work Controller. Delegates will be shown the basics and more advanced functions for creating and adding permits to a Work Order, Work Type, and Task.
