This three-day course is recommended for people managing ShireSystem within their business as an administrator. Delegates will be shown the basics and more advanced functions of ShireSystem, this course is a combination of both the one-day introduction course and the two-day set-up course. It is geared primarily towards how to use the system and how to set up a system from scratch. Issues of maintenance process and strategy may also be discussed. Check out our full course description.

On completion of this course, you will have gained the knowledge that is required to create the system effectively by avoiding common pitfalls. The course will allow you to fine-tune your maintenance process to make sure that you are making the most from the system.

The Super User Course is designed for System Administrators who will be responsible for setting up and maintaining the system.

This will contain elements of the Maintenance User Course however; it will look at the modules in more detail. The course will include Mobile Pro, Requester, and Resource Planner. All extra features of the course will have live demonstrations and will allow users to have a glimpse and try out modules that they might not be aware of.

There are no course prerequisites beyond basic computer and internet literacy. Each delegate will work at a computer for the duration of the course.
