Booking out sections of the programme to other planners
If you have a large programme that requires input from more than one planner, you can use the Book Out/In feature to send a section of your programme to someone else to perform their updates. Once they’ve finished, you can then pull those updates back into the master programme. This removes the need to create multiple copies of the same project and then manually merge changes and updates between them.
