Do you know how to track your resource allocations?
If you are resource loading your programme, it is likely that you will need to track where your resources are allocated, identify availability, and highlight any over-allocated resources. For example, if you have 4 groundworkers available in your project but 6 groundworkers have been allocated to a task, you can set up a histogram or view that will highlight where the problem is.
